My husband organised a fishing trip in May, in a private home, close to Rouen. There were six in our party, including one gluten free & I didn’t want to be responsible for all the cooking as the only non fisherman! I was so happy to be given Flore’s number & I have to say she was fantastic! We discussed the menus on WhatsApp which included a fish curry & gluten free lasagna, salads, puddings, tea & breakfast options, which were all dropped off at the house, in suitable containers, before our arrival.
